Because all jewelry is handmade, the estimated production time for ordinary products is 1 to 3 days, and the estimated production time for customized products is 3 to 7 days.
Special circumstances: If the order volume is large, the processing time may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you in time by email.

2. Shipping method and time

We provide the following shipping methods for you to choose:
Standard shipping: The estimated delivery time range is 6-15 working days.
Usually 6-9 days in the United States and 8-11 days in the European Union.
If you have a specific country to be delivered, you can communicate with customer service for a more accurate time.
Fast shipping: The estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days (applicable to some areas).

3. Shipping cost

The shipping cost depends on the order amount, weight and destination. The specific shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. We may launch limited-time free shipping activities from time to time, please pay attention to our announcement for details. Standard shipping:The first piece of the order is $5.99, and the additional pieces are $2.50 each.

Fast shipping: The first piece of the order is $25, and the additional pieces are $4.50 each.

4. International Shipping

We support order delivery worldwide, but some countries or regions may have logistics restrictions.

5. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number and logistics information by email, and the order details in your shopify order and ArtShiney will also display the relevant logistics information.
You can use this information to track the status of the package in real time on the official website of the logistics company. (Note: We will not actively contact your buyers, will not send any email notifications about the package to your buyers, and will not display any relevant information about ArtShiney in our packages. 6. Undelivered or delayed orders

If your order is not delivered within the estimated time, please contact us through our customer support. We will verify the situation with the logistics company and try our best to resolve the problem.

7. Lost or damaged package

If your package is lost during transportation or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately and provide relevant proof (such as photos). We will provide you with a refund or re-shipping service after verification.

8. Change Address

You can change the delivery address at any time before the order is processed. If the order has been shipped, it may not be possible to change the address. Please contact our customer service for further assistance.
